How to redeem your code
From the email in your inbox to your first live game — about two minutes.

Find your code
It is in the email we sent right after payment, under “Your access code”. If it is not in your inbox after a few minutes, check spam — the subject line starts with “Your access code for”.

Open the game on Roblox
Install and launch it on PC or mobile. The link is on the game's page in this shop, and in your email.

Redeem the code in the Shop menu
Open the in-game Shop, paste your code and confirm. Your access starts from this moment, so redeem it when you are ready to stream.

Link your TikTok account
In Settings, choose Link TikTok. The game shows you a 6-digit code. Post that code as a comment in your own TikTok LIVE and the link is confirmed.

Press Play
Tell your chat what to send. Every gift, like, follow and comment now drives what happens on screen.
Common questions
Do I have to be live on TikTok to play?+
For the full experience, yes. The game reads gifts, likes, follows and comments from your own live stream — that is what drives the gameplay.
Do my viewers need Roblox?+
No. They only need to be watching your TikTok LIVE. Everything they do happens through TikTok.
When does my access start?+
The clock starts when you redeem the code in-game, not when you buy it. Buy ahead of time safely and redeem when you are ready.
Can I use one code on more than one account?+
No. Each code is single-use and grants access to the Roblox account that redeems it.
My code did not arrive.+
Check your spam folder first. If it still is not there after ten minutes, contact support with the email address you used at checkout and we will resend it.
